We frequently work closely with solicitors to provide detailed mapping requirements in relation to conveyance requirements.
This can include boundaries of land / property to be transferred / easements in respect of services which either party may require to be identified / rights-of-way in existence or to be proposed / 3rd party land issues / detailed area calculations.
Transfer maps may be required for individual rural dwellings, dwellings within developments commercial properties and land sales.
Where required we are happy to carry out site visits / surveys in order to ascertain exact requirements. No direct or prior ‘architectural’ involvement with a property requiring transfer details compiled is necessary.
