Sustainability.

All building design undertaken within the office will adapt the most rigorous approach possible applicable to the individual scheme in order to produce a design with the optimum energy efficiency. We are dedicated to specifying products which will help reduce Co2 emissions so that buildings are more economical and environmentally friendly. Building use and users, heating sources, natural light and insulation values will all be considered in tandem.

CPD

In line with the requirements of being an RIBA Chartered Practice member, staff members are integrated in an annual CPD programme. This involves various seminars / product presentations / conference attendance / visits to buildings designed outside of the practice.

Computer facilities

All staff are fully computer literate in their respective positions, with a dedicated workstation for each member. Drawings are produced using AutoCAD, with 3D package being available (some 3D images are produced by an external consultant). Software suitable to allow us to interact with other design team members is in place, with dedicated email for each staff member.

Quality Assurance

As a requirement of the Chartered Practice scheme, the office operates health and safety policies, which are also in line with the construction (Design and Management) regulations.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

We have in place indemnity insurance applicable to the scope of work undertaken. Evidence of this can be provided upon request.

Quality Assurance

ADMS Ltd operate a quality assurance scheme in order that all projects are run effectively from inception to completion, with constant monitoring of each project and an organisation structure to benefit the smooth operation of the business and the standard of service provided to the client. An RIBA approved QA programme is implemented on all projects.
